He combines thorough assessment with hands-on treatment techniques, including manual therapy, massage, and dry needling, alongside personalised exercise rehabilitation programs and practical education. Outside of the clinic, David enjoys trail running, strength training, and maintaining an active lifestyle. His personal interest in fitness gives him a practical understanding of the physical demands many of his patients experience and further informs his rehabilitation approach.
