• A close contact of someone with COVID-19.

• In quarantine.

• Experiencing a severe medical emergency.

Dr Aslam graduated in 2012 from Rawalpindi Medical College, Pakistan. Before moving to Australia 8 years ago, he did work in orthopaedics and general surgery in Ireland for over a year. In Australia, Dr Aslam commenced work in Adelaide, gaining a wide range of experience in cardiology, surgical sub-specialities including gastrointestinal surgery, and adult & emergency medicine.

Before General Practice, he has been involved with emergency medicine and had rotations in the Maitland hospital and Calvary Mater Newcastle. Due to a broad range of experience and work/life balance, he moved to general practice and gained fellowship in it.

In his spare time, Shoaib enjoys spending time with family, travelling, swimming and sports.

Speciality interest areas: Skin cancer medicine, Emergency medicine, Orthopaedics including musculoskeletal diseases and general family medicine.
